General Observations-Loading Process

 

• Children waited out front under the overhang adjacent to the bay area.
• There were not very many cars lined up before the dismissal time.
• Children would usually walk themselves to their own cars and no one escorted them.
• There were several teachers present in the bay with one supervisor.
• A large number of children were picked up after the queue had dissipated.  Parents coming to pick up their children were very spread out.  They didn’t all come and line up at the beginning.
• No specific number of cars loaded at a time.

 

 

General Observations-Queuing Process

 

• Not much queuing since cars were arriving at staggered times.
