| This project was completed under contract to the Louis Berger Group which is under contract to TRB for on call projects for AASHTO's Standing Committee on Environment.
The project included collecting tools to define community context and developing a searchable database of these tools for practitioner's to find the right tool for their unique circumstances. The project was done with collaboration with Planning Communities.
