North Carolina Local Technical Assistance Program (NC LTAP)
Video Lending Library
NC LTAP has an in-house video lending library with over 550 titles available for loan to agencies in the United States for a two-week period, free of charge.
Videos are available on DVD. The cost of returning the materials is the responsibility of the user. No COD's will be accepted.
Loan is limited to delivery within North Carolina.
How to use the online library
- Search for the video by entering an option in at least one of the boxes below and selecting the "Search" button.
- The results will show below the search boxes.
- Place a request to check out the item by one of the following methods:
- Submit online request form by selecting "Request this title" below item you wish to check out. Loans are limited to delivery within North Carolina.

- Visit Linda Collier personally to check out (call ahead to make sure Linda is at her desk.) You may still use the online request, note in the address field that you will pick up the video.
