Parking information
Once you've reached Varsity Drive, look ahead approximately one block and you'll see a small building in the median on your left. This is the the Visitor Information Booth where you can obtain a parking permit for $2.00. NC State parking regulations require that all visitors, staff, and students display a valid permit to park in designated lots on campus.
Parking for classes and workshops
Course registration confirmation letters contain information about parking requirements. Confirm with your course registrar how to obtain a parking pass, before going to the Visitor Information booth and paying the fee out-of-pocket. Pre-purchased parking passes, when applicable, are arranged by the individual course registrar.
Once you've obtained a pass, place it where it can be seen from your windshield. Make a U-turn around the booth, then make an immediate left onto Capability Drive. Our offices are in the first brick building to your left: Research Building IV. There is ample parking across the street.
