ITRE Lending Library

Search/Request ITRE Library Database

The ITRE Lending Library is administered by the NC Local Technical Assistance Program (LTAP) and has an in-house library of reference materials. There are over 1500 titles available on loan to agencies in the United States for a two-week period, free of charge. Materials available include reports, bulletins, journals, manuals, synthesis, magazines, software, CD Rom, slides, videotapes, DVD, or a variety of other publications. Cost of returning the materials is the responsibility of the user. No CODs will be accepted. Loans are limited to delivery within North Carolina.

How to use the online library

  1. Search for an item by entering an option in at least one of the boxes below and selecting the "Search" button.
  2. The results will show below the search boxes.
  3. Place a request to check out the item by one of the following methods:
    • Submit online request form by selecting "Request this title" below item you wish to check out. Loans are limited to delivery within North Carolina.

    • Visit Linda Collier personally to check out (call ahead to make sure Linda is at her desk.) You may still use the online request, note in the address field that you will pick up the video.
