Many of the projects conducted by the group staff are for the Division of Highways of the North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT). As such, training manuals and reports are the property of NCDOT and are not available to the general public through the Institute for Transportation Research and Education (ITRE). However, there are some materials that are available to the public.
