This program includes the training aspect of Work Zone Safety and Flagger Training. 5 courses are taught which include the 3 levels of Work Zone Safety: Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced Work Zone Safety, Flagger Training and Flagging Instructor Training. The program includes training in North Carolina, South Carolina, and New Jersey.

General class descriptions:
Basic Work Zone Safety
This is a one-day course designed to teach the basics of work zone traffic control to DOT, utility, county, municipal, and contractor supervisors, foremen and engineers. The course covers short-term operations (no longer than one work shift) and focuses on daytime activities.
Advanced Work Zone Safety
This workshop builds on the Intermediate Work Zone Safety course and covers traffic control plan reading and development, positive protection, work zone capacity, night work and inspection.
Flagger Training
This workshop is designed to train participants to be effective flaggers. The workshop teaches the basics of flagging operations and procedures.
Flagging Instructor Training
This workshop teaches participants the basics of flagging operations and then instructs them how to teach their own personnel these concepts.
Intermediate Work Zone Safety
This workshop builds on the information covered in the Basic Work Zone Safety course, with particular emphasis on multi-lane urban streets. Multi-lane intersection work zones, detours, and mobile operations are covered in detail.
