City code from the main student page has been replaced with the full City name.

NCWise Race Codes are as follows:

1	American Indian/Alaskan Native
2	Asian/Pacific Islander
3	Hispanic
4	Black
5	White
6	Multi-Racial

The new 'Other' page. In addition to a new layout, additional fields have been added to the page.

In paticular, note the Local1, Local2, etc fields; those are for use by the local LEA to add any information they deem necessary to aid in transporting their students. These four fields will stay with the child as long as they are in the TIMS system and will not be overwritten by student uploads
