Satellite Downlink Registration Form

Please complete and submit this form to CTE to pre-register your downlink site for a broadcast.

	December 3, 2008 - Transportation and Climate Change: Time to Think, Plan, Mitigate, and Adapt. (1-3 pm EST) Note: This NBS program will not be available on C-band satellite. You are welcome to complete this form if you wish to be a downlink site for future CTE broadcasts.

PLEASE NOTE: If you would like to commit your site to CTE's annual broadcast schedule (4-6 programs per year),
please check here .

CTE will contact you to ensure that you receive advance notice of its programming schedule.

Downlink site coordinators perform the following tasks: locate a suitable downlink site (CTE can assist with this if necessary), promote the broadcast in their area, register people for the site, upon receipt from CTE provide satellite coordinates to downlink technician, download original set of handout materials from CTE's Web site and distribute to registered participants, and assist people as needed during the broadcast. If you have not served as a downlink site coordinator before and would like more information on site coordinator responsibilities, please contact CTE at (919) 515-8893, or wthomas@ncsu.edu.

After registering for the broadcast, you will receive a confirmation letter that includes the satellite coordinates and other information related to the program.
