CTE produces an annual series of video teleconferences featuring expert panels who discuss emerging policy issues, research innovations, and best practices in transportation and the environment. Programs are typically two or three hours in length and broadcast live from Raleigh, North Carolina.

Broadcasts are viewable on the Web using Windows Media Player. Audience participants of CTE broadcasts are diverse and include representatives from transportation and environmental agencies as well as other governmental, non-governmental, university, and private-sector organizations. Past CTE broadcasts are available online through CTE's Webcast Archive and also on DVD and in written transcript.
