Welcome, participants and interested parties of the April 19, 2007 CTE National Broadcast, "Overview of the Final Rule on Metropolitan and Statewide Transportation Planning." This is the fourth in our series of programs on the Safe, Accountable, Flexible, and Efficient Transportation Equity Act: A Legacy for Users (or SAFETEA-LU).

A summary sheet listing the new "shall" requirements associated with the new planning rule would be helpful for practicing planners. Has one been developed?
