CTEWEBCAST

CTEWEBCAST is a moderated listserv for government officials, public interest groups, and private consultants who are interested in viewing CTE's annual schedule of live Web broadcasts and other Webcast/Webinar programs produced by CTE. The list serves primarily as a means for CTE to provide announcements of upcoming Webcasts, details about recent and archived programs, assistance with using CTE's Webcast technology, and troubleshooting any technical issues or day-of-Webcast problems.

List subscribers can also share ideas and suggestions about how to enhance use of this medium for receiving, and participating in, these national Webcasts on current environmental topics in transportation. PPPTE

The Public-Private Partnerships in Transportation: Environmental Considerations (PPPTE) listserv promotes the exchange of information and resources that support the development of public-private parnterships in transportation that enhance or restore critical natural resource values and ecological functions. Links and documents supporting the dialogue on this topic are available on the PPPTE Web site. The results of this dialogue was used initially to support a special panel session at ICOET 2007.

RAILSANDWILDLIFE

RAILSANDWILDLIFE is a listserv for transportation officials, scientists, land and wildlife management agencies, railroad companies, universities, public interest groups and private consultants to share information regarding research, mitigation, operations and management related to reducing wildlife strikes on railroads.

Listserv subscriptions are moderated by CTE and staff of the Western Transportation Institute (WTI) at Montana State University. Once your subscription is approved, you will receive a confirmation email welcoming you the list. Messages from subscribers that are posted to the list are not moderated.

ROADSIDES

ROADSIDES is a moderated listserv for transportation officials, scientists, and practitioners; universities, public interest groups and private consultants, plus agency partners at all levels of government, working in vegetation management relevant to highway corridors. The list serves as an informal network for the exchange of information and ideas regarding policy issues, best practices, applied research, border projects, Greener Roadsides, photo opportunity competitions, and upcoming conferences and events.

The list includes subscribers who work in the areas of landscape, maintenance, environmental services, erosion control and turf establishment, noxious weeds and native plants to increase information-sharing and networking. In addition, the list includes subscribers who are active in the Federal Interagency Committee for the Management of Noxious and Exotic Weeds (FICMENW) along with Weeds Across Borders (WAB). TRANSARCH

TransArch serves the communication needs of professionals in all cultural resource disciplines who work for transportation agencies. Members share their knowledge on a wide variety of cultural resource problems.

TRANSENVIRO is a moderated listserv for government officials, public interest groups, and people in the private sector working in the transportation and environmental fields.
