Committee. Register by April 15th and pay only
$175 to attend the conference. After April 15th,
registration will be $200.

The 2009 Edition of the
Directory of State Highway Agency and Federal Highway
Administration Environmental Officials (Directory)
is now available. The Directory is a compilation of
contact information furnished by each of the State
Highway Agencies (SHA), District of Columbia (D.C.), and
Puerto Rico, and also includes contact information for
the Federal Highway Administration’s (FHWA) Headquarters
Office of Planning, Environment & Realty; Resource
Center Environment Technical Service Team (TST); and
Division Office Environmental Contacts.

The Natural Lawyer
The TRB Committee on Environmental Issues in
Transportation Law (AL050) prepares The Natural Lawyer,
a quarterly newsletter on environmental law in
transportation matters. NEPA is a procedural law, and
legal decisions continue to shape environmental analysis
in transportation. The Environmental Analysis in
Transportation Committee is pleased to host The Natural
Lawyer on our Committee website!
